Janine Gutierrez Learns from Dad Monching Gutierrez, Mom Lotlot de Leon’s Separation

Kapamilya actress Janine Gutierrez came from celebrity families. Both of her parents, Lotlot de Leon and Monching Gutierrez, are in the showbiz industry although they are not as active in their acting career now as before. Both have made names in the field.

Lotlot and Monching married at a young age. In a recent interview with Karen Davila for a vlog, Janine revealed that her mother was only 17 years old while her father was only 19 years old when they married. She is their eldest daughter among their four (4) children – Diego, Maxine, and Jessica are the other children of the former couple.

In the vlog interview, Janine revealed that she was only 12 years old when Lotlot and Monching separated. Their breakup were on newspapers as both of them are already prominent people in the showbiz industry then.

According to the actress, she and Diego lived with their father while Maxine and Jessica lived with their mom. She is vocal that the experience of her parents in marriage taught her not to settle down early.

Meanwhile, despite their separation, Monching Gutierrez and Lotlot de Leon have a good relationship and are co-parenting their children. This was confirmed by Janine Gutierrez in the interview. She also has beautiful relationships with both of her parents.

According to Janine, she admires the “survivor” personality of Lotlot who makes the best out of the situations in her life and she also loves the way her father is always available for her. She stressed that his presence whenever he is needed is really one way that Monching shows his love and she learns from it and tries to be like his dad towards the people around her.
