2 Jun – Former Kapamilya top actress Kristine Hermosa is set to make her television comeback, although it will be on rival network, GMA-7.

As reported on PEP News, the actress revealed the news on her official Instagram on 1 June through a teaser video alongside husband, Oyo Sotto.

The new sitcom, “Hay, Bahay”, reportedly will star Vic Sotto and Ai-Ai delas Alas in the lead, in addition Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola.

No information has been revealed as to what character Hermosa will play in the sitcom.

“Hay, Bahay” is set to air on 19 June, in replacement of Vic and Oyo Sotto’s previous sitcom, “Vampire ng Daddy Ko”, which Hermosa was also last seen as a guest.

Hermosa made her big break in the early noughties through several ABS-CBN dramas alongside her onscreen partner Jericho Rosales, including “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” and “Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas”.

Her last drama was the 2010 series, “Noah”, which was aired a year before her marriage to Sotto. She had since taken a break to focus on her growing family.
