Nearly four decades after starring together in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), Harrison Ford and Ke Huy Quan delighted fans by sharing a new photo of their reunion. The nostalgic moment took place in celebration of Ford’s 81st birthday, marking the long-awaited reunion of Indiana Jones and his beloved sidekick, Short Round.

Ford fondly recalled Quan’s outstanding performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once, where he played the role of Waymond Wang.

“Oh yeah, yeah. It was great to see him,” Ford said, before praising Quan’s work in the critically acclaimed film.

“I had the opportunity to see the movie. He is really terrific. And I’m so glad to see him and what he has become,” Ford continued. “I’m happy for him. He’s such a happy guy, too. And well deserved!”

Quan’s stellar performance earned him the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture, further cementing his triumphant return to Hollywood.
