Recently, RR Enriquez joined the chorus of reactions from celebrities when TikTok’s service was abruptly shut down for U.S. users. The Chinese-owned video-sharing app was forced to halt its operations in the U.S. due to an impending nationwide ban. This move shocked users across the country, as TikTok quickly displayed a message informing them of the ban.

The message read, “Sorry, TikTok isn’t available right now. A law banning TikTok has been enacted in the U.S. Unfortunately, that means you can’t use TikTok for now.” The notification also reassured users, stating, “We are fortunate that President Trump has indicated that he will work with us on a solution to reinstate TikTok once he takes office. Please stay tuned!”

On her Instagram Stories, she shared a screenshot of the message and wrote, “Ohh Noooooooo!!!!!!!! Eventhough I’m not super active on Tiktok. I love watching other influencers dun coz ang daming nakakatawa.” This reaction echoes the sentiment of many social media users who have come to enjoy the creative and often humorous content shared on the platform.

While RR may not create content on TikTok, she, like many others, appreciates the entertainment value it provides. The temporary shutdown has left many wondering about the app’s future in the United States.
