Here’s what we know about Katherine Luna and her past issue with Coco Martin.

KATHERINE LUNA – The former award-winning Indie actress became viral recently, and here are some details about her.

Recently, the names of Katherine Luna and Coco Martin made a loud buzz online after their past issue was dug up again in an interview.

The former Indie actress was arrested in 2020 due to a drug-related case. She spent four years of jail time. In the interview, she’s also been covering most of her face using her hair, and that is because of her eyes, which were a result of an infection. She lost control of her eye movements.

As an actress, she is known for her roles in Babae sa breakwater (2003), Immoral (2008), and Wherever You Are (2005).

Katherine and Coco Martin Past

There has been a long-standing issue between these two celebrities, which created a loud buzz in 2014. Recently, Luna finally addressed and revealed the reasons behind her previous actions.

During an interview with Julius Babao, she publicly apologized to Coco for the misunderstanding that negatively impacted the career of the actor.

They first met while filming the independent movie “Pagkagat ng Dilim”. This led to a short-lived romance that was cut short when she met someone and got involved with this other person.

When she got pregnant, her first thought as to who the father of her baby was Coco. She told him about it, and he was calm and supportive. When her daughter grew older, she could not see the resemblance and began to question whether Coco was truly the biological father.

She was hesitant to retract her statement because the issue had already become public. It also involved her child, which made things more complicated. However,  unknown to her, Coco later had a DNA test conducted, and this confirmed that he was not the father.
