Kim Chiu, Paulo Avelino bond with Star Cinema staff

Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino have resumed promotion of their Star Cinema film “My Love Will Make You Disappear” after its rescheduled release, apparently showing that all is well between the actors and the film production company.

Chiu showed herself and Avelino with some Star Cinema staff members at what appeared to be the filming set of the project, via her Instagram Stories on Monday, Jan. 13.

“Look who welcomed us inside the tent at 5:00 a.m. Star Cinema fam in [the house]! Good morning!” the actress captioned their photo.

“See you in cinemas on March 26! ‘Di na kami mag-disappear!” she quipped in a separate post, sharing a photo of them with the production crew.

Chiu also reposted the statement of Star Cinema announcing that the romantic comedy film will premiere on March 26 instead of Feb. 12. Star Cinema said that the move comes after “new developments and exciting opportunities to expand into the North American market.”

Avelino, for his part, reshared all of Chiu’s Instagram posts on his page.

Speculations about a disagreement between the actor and the production company arose after Avelino made an intriguing statement amid the film’s rescheduled release date.

“Ma-experience nga na hindi tumapos ng pelikula [laughing emoji],” he said, piquing the interest of his followers.

The actor had also reportedly taken down all the promotional materials that he had shared on his Instagram page related to the film.
