People close to Kris Aquino debunked this fake news

A source close to Queen of All Media Kris Aquino stressed that the celebrity is very much alive.



Kris has seldom shared updates on her Instagram page these past years because of her sickness unlike when she was well and actively doing showbiz projects. The celebrity stayed in the US for more than two years to have medical treatments for her rare disease.

Occasionally, she shared updates on her Instagram page, especially about her health. People close to her also shared some details when asked about her.

Just recently, talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, one of Kris Aquino’s close friends, reacted to the death hoax posts on Facebook. These posts claimed that the supposed “death” of the celebrity is being kept from the public.

However, Ogie stressed that Kris’s secretary clarified that these posts about the celebrity are untrue. The talent manager-vlogger also asked the public to stop spreading fake news.

In a recent Facebook post, writer Dindo Balares, a close friend of Kris, reacted to the death hoax.

Dindo shared that there was someone who asked him about Kris’s status because it has been a topic on their chat group. The writer said that he just finished chatting with Kris at that time.

Then, Dindo’s fellow writer asked about Kris also on the following day. The writer said that the celebrity is “nagpapagaling.” With this, he encouraged the public to be careful about fake news and misinformation.

Dindo stressed that people should not believe easily what they see and read online if it is not directly from a family member or a reliable source.

“Patuloy ang gamutan at pagpapalakas niya. Katunayan, food and madala na topic namin ngayon,” he shared.

In another post, Dindo Balares shared a recent photo that Kris Aquino sent to him with her sons to show to everyone who is asking about the celebrity.

The celebrity has been very sleepy these past few days and still feeling pain in different parts of her body. Despite her condition, Kris said, “But we’re together- that’s what matters and I’ll do everything for us to be together longer.”
