As the internet’s queen and the epitome of the modern woman, Nadine Lustre shows us that knowing oneself is power and that embracing both our strengths and quirks is what makes us truly unstoppable.

Nadine proves this as she takes on the Kapamilya Chat “Killer or Victim” Challenge, where she goes through a list of relatable scenarios, and answers “killer” when she’s guilty and “victim” when she’s not.

It’s a fun way to get to know the trending star! Starting off, she was asked if she’s the type to have a lot of opinion on things, and she immediately marked herself as a “victim” here! Nadine admits she doesn’t like getting into debates or pushing her point of view, even if she’s confident in it. In fact, she’s totally fine when people disagree with her opinion. Sometimes silence speaks volumes, right?

But if there’s one thing she is guilty of, it’s being makuwento with her close friends, especially since she rarely gets to meet up with them in person due to their busy lives.  So, they go all out when they finally get together, sometimes even planning out-of-town trips just to make sure they get quality time to catch up and share endless stories.

Nadine also owns up to being money-conscious. While she was all about material splurges in her early twenties, her mature mindset now pushes her to be more intentional with her money, saying, “Ngayon mas nagtitipid na ako.”

As for luxury items, Nadine proudly says she’s a “victim,” meaning she’s totally uninterested! She’s drifted away from buying expensive leather items like designer bags ever since embracing a plant-based and eco-friendly lifestyle. Her values have certainly shifted, and it comes with avoiding purchases that don’t align with that.

Finally, when asked if she’s a people-pleaser, Nadine laughs and says, “Dedma na ako.” She’s at a point in her life when she’s far beyond caring about people’s judgment or comments. “What’s more important to me is what I think about myself,” she says confidently, reminding us all that true power lies in self-assurance.
