Will Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano star in a movie together again?

Liza has revealed that she and her former on-screen partner are exploring a potential collaboration as she returns to the Philippines for business commitments.

In an interview with ABS-CBN during an event launch in Makati City, Liza was asked about the possibility of reuniting with Gil for a project.

“We are trying to come up with a concept we can do together. In the future,” she said.

While she didn’t share specific details, she assured fans that the idea is in development.

“I cannot guarantee it is in the next year, the concept needs to be fleshed out. It is something new,” she added.

Liza also announced that she is set to film a movie in the US in April.

The actress also expressed openness to doing another TV series, provided she finds a project that excites her.

“I am open to doing the teleserye. It comes down to the concept. I am at the stage I just want to try doing all types of characters and genres,” she said.

“I am just looking for something kakaiba.”

Enrique made his debut as a producer in 2024, while Soberano launched her own production company and made her Hollywood debut in the film “Lisa Frankenstein,” starring alongside Kathryn Newton.

The two actors have starred in several blockbuster films and TV series under ABS-CBN such as “Alone Together” (2019) and “Make It With You” (2020).
